1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website located at [www.chanellcleaningco.com] (the “Site”) or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving cleaning services from Chanell Clean Co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Services
Chanell Clean Co provides commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to office cleaning, retail and facility cleaning, recurring janitorial services, deep cleaning, and custom cleaning plans. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or proposal accepted by both parties prior to commencement. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any such agreement.
3. Service Area
We primarily serve Orland Park, Tinley Park, Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox, Joliet, Plainfield, and surrounding communities within approximately 20 miles. Service availability outside this area is at our sole discretion.
4. Quotes and Proposals
All quotes provided through this website, by phone, email, or in person are estimates based on information provided by the Client. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal following a site assessment. Quotes are valid for [30] days from the date of issuance and are subject to change based on actual site conditions.
5. Scheduling and Access
The Client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the facility on scheduled service dates, notify us at least [48 hours] in advance if access will be unavailable or a service date needs to be rescheduled, and ensure the work environment is free from conditions that could endanger our team. Chanell Clean Co reserves the right to decline or postpone service if access is denied or safety concerns are present, without penalty to the Company.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client-initiated cancellations with less than [48 hours] notice may incur a cancellation fee of [$X] or one service visit fee, depending on the service agreement. Recurring contracts may be cancelled with [30 days] written notice unless otherwise specified. Chanell Clean Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to staff illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and schedule a make-up visit at no additional charge.
7. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on a schedule defined in the service agreement. Payment is due within [15] days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue balances beyond [30] days may be subject to a late fee of [1.5%] per month on the outstanding balance. Chanell Clean Co reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.
8. Satisfaction and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a service performed, you must notify us within [24 hours] of completion. We will return to address the concern at no additional charge. Complaints submitted after this window may not be eligible for a complimentary re-service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Chanell Clean Co carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the service rendered during the visit in which any damage occurred. We are not liable for pre-existing damage not reported before service, items of exceptional value not disclosed prior to service, damage resulting from the Client’s failure to secure fragile or sensitive items, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
10. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to disclose any known hazardous substances, fragile items, or special handling requirements before service begins, secure or remove valuables and sensitive documents from areas being cleaned, and ensure that alarm codes, key access, or entry procedures are provided in advance.
11. Confidentiality
Chanell Clean Co and its employees agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information encountered during service. Our team will not access documents, digital devices, or restricted areas beyond the scope of cleaning duties.
12. Website Use
The content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Chanell Clean Co and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. The Site is provided on an “as is” basis and use of it is at your own risk.
